About Leslie Ponto — Virtual Administrative Assistant Based in Northern Colorado

Hi, I'm Leslie — a virtual administrative assistant with 30 years of experience helping small business owners run smoother, more efficient businesses. I started Northstar Admin Collective because I believe every business owner deserves reliable, behind-the-scenes support that actually makes a difference. I'm detail-oriented, proactive, and I treat every client's business like it's my own.

I was born and raised in Northern Minnesota - living a few blocks up from the beautiful Lake Superior. In 2017 I moved to Colorful Colorado where I live with my husband, 2 girls, and my fur baby.

 

In 2019, my husband started his own business, and I knew I wanted to follow suit. For years, I had dreamed of doing my own thing and stepping away from corporate America. In 2020, I began an online Social Media Manager course. When COVID hit and smaller businesses were forced to shut down while big-box stores remained open, I felt a pull to support the underdogs. I wanted to help small businesses stay visible and connected to their customers through social media—hopefully helping them keep their doors open. After earning my certification, I launched my own Social Media Management business while still working full-time. In 2023, I expanded my services and officially stepped into the world of virtual assistance.

 

My passion is to help small businesses succeed by providing them with the administrative and customer service support they need to thrive in today's competitive landscape. I believe that behind every successful venture lies a foundation of efficient operations and exceptional customer care. By leveraging my extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence, I aim to empower entrepreneurs to focus on their core competencies while I handle the rest. Based in Northern Colorado, I work fully virtually - which means I can support business owners right here in my own backyard or anywhere across the country.

I am a reliable, professional and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant, passionate about helping businesses run more efficiently. My areas of expertise include email management, calendar and scheduling management, customer support, invoicing, data entry, project coordination, and social media management.

When I’m not working I love going up to the mountains, watching my kids play their sport, having a margarita with my husband, and curling up with my sweet pup.
